Rosneft aumenta la sua quota proprietaria nella raffineria tedesca

Rosneft acquisterà il 16.67% delle azioni Total della raffineria PCK Raffinerie GMBH da 11.5 milioni di tonnellate annue situata a Schwedt, in Germania (a circa 120 km da Berlino).
Lo scorso 28 Novembre, le società hanno siglato un accordo nel quale sono stati stabiliti termini e condizioni. Total e Rosneft stanno inoltre definendo le forniture a distributori e clienti nelle aree di Berlino servite dalla raffineria tramite oleodotto, spiega Rosneft.
“Non appena l’accordo sarà chiuso, Rosneft, insieme alla joint venture BP PLC, Ruhr Oel GMBH (ROG), sarà proprietaria della raffineria di Schwedt per quasi il 55%“, afferma il presidente della Rosneft, Igor Sechin.
La data per la finalizzazione dell’accordo tuttavia non è stata ancora resa nota.
Oltre alla Total, gli attuali stakeholders della raffineria di Schwedt sono ROG per il 37.5%, Royal Dutch Shell PLC per il 37.5% ed Eni SpA con l’8.33%.

Rosneft will acquire the 16,67% of Total share of the PCK Refineries GMBH of 11,5 million tonnes per year located in Schwedt, in Germany (about 120 km from Berlin).
Last 28th of November, the companies have signed an agreement in which have been established terms and conditions. Total and Rosneft are also defining the supplies to distributors and customers in Berlino areas served from the refinery through oil pipeline, Rosneft explains.
“As soon as the agreement will be closed, Rosneft, together with the joint venture BP PLC, Ruhr Oel GMBH (ROG), will be proprietary of the refinery of Schwedt for almost the 55%”, Rosneft’s President affirms, Igor Sechin.
The date for the finalization of the agreement however has not yet been made known.
Besided the Total, the current stakeholders of the Schwedt refinery are ROG for the 37,5%, Royal Dutch Shell PLC for the 37,5% and ENI Spa with the 8,33%.
